This new line of modular machines finally responds in full to the requirements of all the bakeries that produce several kinds of fresh or frozen layer cakes on a daily basis.

The basic module is made up of a turntable, a cream depositor and a syrup depositor. This module allows the accurate makeup of cakes with 2, 3, 4 or more layers consisting of sponge bases, syrup and cream.

A second module accurately spreads out a layer of cream on the cake side and/or top surface.

The third module makes the automatic application of granular products possible (i.e. granulated nuts) on the cake side.

The fourth module finishes off the top cake surface with various decorations.

The fully electronic control system of the line allows to store the working data of every single product into a specific program. This feature, together with the extremely reduced dimensions of the line and with the innovative concepts adopted turn product change-over and cleaning into a simple and quick operation.

The output rate is approximately 300 - 400 cakes/hr. according to the number of layers and with two operators only.
